Maxcrew, cementless screw solution, direct-to-implant locking, no need for ti base
MaxCrew preserves the trusted quality clinicians rely on and is now engineered as a fully cementless solution that redefines
direct to implant prosthetic delivery. Designed for precision driven implant workflows, MaxCrew eliminates Ti bases and
cement dependent retention, replacing adhesive interfaces with a controlled mechanical connection at the implant platform.
Built on an advanced cementless locking concept, MaxCrew reduces restorative components, minimizes interface variability,
and supports predictable seating within modern digital CAD and CAM environments. The result is a streamlined restorative
architecture that enhances efficiency, mechanical stability, and long term reliability while delivering cleaner and more consistent
outcomes without compromise.
1. Cementless Locking Screw
At the core of MaxCrew is the Cementless Locking Screw CLS, engineered to achieve secure mechanical engagement directly
at the implant interface without cement or Ti bases. By connecting prosthetics directly to the implant platform, CLS simplifies
the restorative workflow while reducing interface variability and technical complications.

2. Self-Locking Friction-Fit Connection
MaxCrew incorporates a conical head friction fit design that creates a secure self locking connection under functional load.
This controlled mechanical interaction enhances long term stability and reduces the risk of debonding, dislodgement, or
screw loosening commonly associated with bonded restorations.

3. Angled Access Flexibility-Up to 25°
MaxCrew supports angled screw channel capability up to 25 degrees, enabling improved screw access in esthetically sensitive
or space constrained cases. Integrated digital libraries within Exocad and 3Shape allow precise angulation control while
preserving occlusal integrity and restorative alignment.

Screw, Secure Prosthetic Retention, Precision fixation screw for secure retention
Creodent prosthetic screws are precision fixation components used to secure abutments and restorative prostheses to the
implant platform. They are engineered to provide controlled torque engagement, stable preload, and reliable mechanical
clamping force between implant and restoration.
Accurate thread geometry and interface tolerances are critical to maintaining prosthetic stability and minimizing micromovement
under functional load. Proper preload helps preserve mechanical integrity, reduce loosening risk, and support long-term
restorative performance across single-unit and multi-unit cases.
Optimized for integration within structured digital implant workflows, Creodent screws are precision Swiss Turn milled in an
FDA-registered, GMP-compliant facility and proudly made in the USA. Controlled manufacturing standards ensure consistent
thread accuracy, predictable torque transmission, and dependable clinical reliability.
