CREODENT provides a lifetime replacement warranty for dental implant prosthetic components ("Components") manufactured and supplied directly by CREODENT. If a Component is determined by CREODENT to have failed due to defects in material or manufacturing, CREODENT will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement product or equivalent credit. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

This warranty does not apply to: products damaged as a result of trauma, accident, or excessive force involving the patient; products that have been modified, altered, adjusted, or repaired after delivery by parties other than CREODENT; products used despite known clinical contraindications; products used in combination with unauthorized third-party restorative components; failure, damage, or complications caused by third-party implant fixtures or non-CREODENT components; normal wear and tear, including routine maintenance or expected clinical aging; improper handling, storage, sterilization, installation, or misuse of the product; any labor charges, chair time, shipping fees, transportation costs, or other incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages.

CREODENT makes no warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, for accessories, equipment, materials, or products sold by CREODENT but not manufactured by CREODENT. These products include, but are not limited to, thermoforming equipment, scanners, milling accessories, and related supplies. Such items are subject solely to the warranty, if any, provided by their original manufacturer.

To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact CREODENT Customer Support and provide: original order or invoice number, product identification details, description of the issue or failure, and supporting photos, radiographs, or relevant clinical documentation when requested. CREODENT reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim. Return of the original product may be required. Warranty claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and final determination of warranty eligibility shall remain at the sole discretion of CREODENT.

Except as expressly stated in this policy, CREODENT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. This warranty represents the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser with respect to covered products. This policy is subject to change without prior notice. At Creodent, we offer a Volume Discount Program to provide greater value for customers purchasing eligible products in larger quantities. Volume Discounts apply only to products specifically designated by Creodent as eligible for the program. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout once the applicable quantity threshold is met. No coupon code or manual request is required. Volume Discounts apply only at the time of purchase, cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders, cannot be adjusted after an order has been completed, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.

The CreoPoints Cashback Program is a customer loyalty program designed to reward Creoshop customers with cashback benefits for future purchases. Customers earn CreoPoints equal to one percent (1%) of the purchase price for each completed transaction. The calculation excludes: taxes, shipping charges, handling fees, and other additional service fees. CreoPoints are automatically credited to the customer's account after order processing and successful transaction completion.

CreoPoints may be used exclusively as store credit toward future purchases on Creoshop. Please note: CreoPoints have no cash or monetary value; points cannot be exchanged for cash; points are non-transferable; points cannot be transferred between accounts; points may only be used within Creoshop. All CreoPoints expire one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of issuance if not redeemed.

Creodent reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the CreoPoints program at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to: point earning rates, redemption rules, expiration periods, and program eligibility requirements. Participation in the CreoPoints program is subject to Creodent's Terms and Conditions and any additional policies posted on Creoshop.

Creodent reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate customer eligibility for both the Volume Discount Program and the CreoPoints Cashback Program in cases of misuse, abuse, fraud, or violation of program terms. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple customer accounts for unfair benefit; use of false or misleading information; abuse of discount structures; fraudulent transactions; manipulation of cashback rewards; any activity deemed unfair or deceptive by Creodent. Creodent retains sole discretion in determining violations and enforcing program restrictions.
