Return

To return a purchase, please send the unopened item(s) to Creodent Hudson Valley Inc. with a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be: unused, and in its original, unopened packaging.

If you believe you received a defective item or there is an issue with your order, please contact us first and explain the problem before returning the item.

Equipment and software are excluded from return eligibility unless expressly authorized in writing. Once ordered, these items cannot be canceled or returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If Creodent Hudson Valley Inc. paid for the return shipping label, that cost may be deducted from the refund.

Delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, and if it is approved for refund eligibility, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within several business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, since processing times can vary.

If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@creomc.com.

Exchange

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us and explain the issue. Exchange eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
