How does the CreoPoints program work?
CreoPoints is CREOSHOP’s customer rewards program. You earn store credit on eligible purchases, which can be used toward future orders on CREOSHOP.
How many CreoPoints do I earn?
You earn CreoPoints equal to 1% of the eligible purchase amount for each completed order. Taxes, shipping charges, handling fees, and other service fees are excluded from the calculation.
When will I receive my CreoPoints?
CreoPoints are automatically credited to your account after your order has been successfully processed and completed.
Where can I check my CreoPoints balance?
You can view your available CreoPoints balance from your Account Page or in the CreoPoints section of your Cart when you are signed in.

How do I use my CreoPoints?
In your Cart, select the amount of CreoPoints you would like to use and click Apply CreoPoints. A voucher code for the selected amount will be generated and applied to your order as a discount.
Do I have to use all of my CreoPoints at once?
No. You can choose how much of your available CreoPoints balance you would like to apply to your purchase. Any remaining balance will stay in your account for future use.
Can I combine CreoPoints with other discounts?
CreoPoints are applied as a discount voucher. Eligibility to combine CreoPoints with other promotions, discount codes, or special offers may vary depending on the applicable promotion terms.
Do CreoPoints have cash value?
No. CreoPoints are store credit exclusively for purchases on CREOSHOP. They cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another account, or exchanged for monetary value.

What happens after I generate a CreoPoints voucher?
Once you apply CreoPoints from your Cart, a voucher code is generated for the selected amount. You can view any unused CreoPoints vouchers from your Account Page.
What if I generate a voucher but don’t use it?
If you decide not to use a generated voucher, you can cancel it from the CreoPoints section of your Account Page. The unused value will be returned to your CreoPoints balance.
What happens if I forget to cancel an unused voucher?
Unused CreoPoints vouchers automatically expire after 2 days. Once expired, the unused value will automatically be returned to your CreoPoints balance.
Do my CreoPoints expire?
Yes. CreoPoints expire 365 days from the date they are issued if they are not redeemed. Expired CreoPoints cannot be restored or reissued.
Can CreoPoints be transferred to another account?
No. CreoPoints are linked to the account that earned them and cannot be transferred, combined with another account, or exchanged between customers.
